LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF

Hey, I’m Lyndele! A single mum who’s been in the trenches of entrepreneurship for over a decade—and let’s just say, if there were awards for juggling businesses, kid, animals, life, and caffeine, I’d be a freaking gold medalist. I started in the world of theatre, so I know how to command a stage, improvise when things go south (looking at you, missing car keys), and generally add a touch of drama wherever it’s needed—or, you know, not needed at all.

For years, I’ve worked one-on-one with mothers who are done with just surviving the daily grind. I help them turn household chaos into something slightly more organized, or at least something they can laugh about over a glass of wine at the end of the day. Whether it’s developing systems, time hacks, or teaching them how to delegate like a pro, I’m here for mums who want to reclaim a little sanity without sacrificing their family or their well-deserved “me time.”

These days, I’m all about wellness—but not the kind that means you have to give up chocolate or your favourite shows. I take a holistic approach to wellness that blends the mind, body, and spirit, because if you’re going to thrive, you need balance, not burnout. I’m here to help mums (and anyone else who could use a break!) feel their best without feeling like they need to add a million things to their to-do list. Think of it as wellness with a side of sass, a sprinkle of humour, and a big dose of real life.

Because, let’s face it: we’re all just trying to keep it together. And if I can make that journey a little healthier, a little easier, and a lot more fun? Mission accomplished

Prana Wellness Studio provides a holistic approach to healing and maintaining wellness for the body, mind and soul.

 

With a focus on breath and movement practices, the use of reiki, and mindful food practices, Prana Wellness offers a well rounded experience to all persons regardless of gender, body size or mobility.
